Temporary Peace
...Is still peace. I took folks' advice, and took a walk on this lovely Chicago afternoon. Ended up by the lake. As the light fades, I'm watching the dogs play and listening to the waves. These are good things. Thanks for the suggestion, friends.

Also, and I say this to remind myself too, if you aren't keeping up with your Vitamin B supplements, now might be a good time to get back on that wagon. Even Vitamin D supplements, forsooth. Sometimes getting your nutrients in better balance has a surprisingly large effect, even though it may come on slooowly.
