*hugs hugs* I'm so sorry things are miserable and messed up right now.

I've only seen the pilot of Defiance but it really clicked for me, particularly in the last half, so I'm looking forward to more. (And Tony Curran and Jaime Murray crack me up, because all I can see is alien!Lucius Malfoy and wife.)
