Random cosplayers are indeed, always good; one of them was arrayed in brightest pink, with many, many crinolines under her skirt, and she looked just like cotton candy. Cotton candy with ankle boots and a hat, and white pig-tailed hair (or as the Japanese call them, "twin tails")
