As I swim through my days, I occasionally back-paddle to things online, and here I am to tell you that I'm still fighting the good fight. I do still persist in calling it exercise, largely because I'm doing specific exercises to strengthen specific muscles in my torso. They work a proper treat to keep my back spasms pretty well at bay, so I won't stop doing them. Still, I understand the difference between activity and exercise. There are certain things I try to do to stay active during days that are, by structure, incredibly sedentary; I try to park a block or so away from interview appointments, to get at least some walking done, for instance. Also, housecleaning; it can be very active.
