For the record, it does dip below freezing here for the occasional millisecond before dawn in 'winter'. But this is a country that knoweth not snow chains, or indeed, antifreeze. And up in the steamy north (Queensland) the natives say, 'We don't wear coats in the winter, just a different thickness of t-shirt...'
