Oh, aye - and today we're scheduled to get the final high temperature thermostat control for the second heater. Once that's installed, that should be the last time I have to see Team Incompetent. Mind you, I'll have to work with teh board now to ensure that these guys get their final payments and to plan for the financial follow up with the condo association that this whole thing necessitates, but one job at a time.
