She's a nice enough person, but more and more over the last few years, she's seemed burned out and overworked, which is not surprising given the American health care system's capitalistic framework. I've said of her before "She's a good doctor, but not a great doctor." That she made such a declaration after I told her what I was worried about tells me that she was definitely on one of her off-days. I think I can set up an appointment myself for an ENT doc; it will be on my to-do list on Monday.
