Grasping at Grace (and Growth)

I remember my sister and brother-in-law would go through this every time they would sell a house. Often it was a case of my brother-in-law doing the rough work early on but not finishing it until it was time to sell and move. I think part was when their boys (very rough and tumble) were growing up, stuff would get destroyed.
