Hrm. We got the axels out on the one car and fixed the lights on the other car. Neither of which is my car. This is so us. Mike slammed his elbow into the concrete driveway getting a back transmission bolt out out of Sam's car. That was it for the night, but it was late, anyways.
We got a hell of a storm last night. Today is my last day with Mary. Tomorrow is my last day with the guys at the TBI house. Sunday we will actually get to *my* car, which will also be a transmission job. Plus, I will empty it completely (even the glove box) and start filling it again.

The storm you got was probably the one that hit us the night before It's been a hell of a summer for storms, thus far. The Chicago area's 122-year record for July rainfall has been broken, and we're not even quite at month's end. Not to mention the winds and the (admittedly gorgeous) massive thunderstorms.
