My Mum's birthday is today. She was born in 1927 and as of May 30, 2021 she would have been 94. She was wonderful, frustrating, strong and strong-willed, kind and nit-picky, full of poetry and fear for her loved ones, a provable SFF lover who might have denied it if the acronym had ever been explained to her. And she was so much more; I could trot out a plethora of words or phrases to describe her. I will, instead, link to the eulogy I wrote for her 2013 funeral.
I'll just say Happy Birthday, Mum. I love you. I'm glad you've gotten to be with Rob again. I hope to see you again sometime.
