 Happy Birthday!

Many happy returns of the day to a lovely lady, astrogirl . She writes excellent fiction in a number of fandoms, including Doctor Who, Farscape, and Blake's 7. She's an omnivorous reader, has an intense amount of curiosity about the world, and is recovering from surgery with a cheerfulness and patience I could not begin to show under similar circumstances. It's good to see you out and about Teh Intarwebz, even for short stretches. May your coming year be blessedly free of pain, and filled with the ability to get things done that you want to get done. Here's hoping some of that includes some of your fantastic fic!

Awww, *blush* Thank you so much! Although I think it's really just that you haven't seen me when I'm being impatient and miserable. :)

And I really am doing so much better! I've been thinking that it would be good to finally get back to some writing in the not-too-distant future, especially as I still have this stupid half-finished Once Upon a Time/Doctor Who crossover staring forlornly at me. We'll see how long it takes me to actually get around to it, though...

Well, everyone has the right to be impatient and miserable after major surgery. And you sound like you're coming to at least the beginning of the end of the road on recovery.

Ooooo ... Dr. Who and OUAT? I've only seen the first season of the latter, but I do like a couple of the characters, so it sounds intriguing.

Yes, I'm back to work now. It takes many months to heal all the way up inside, being back to functionality is good!

And we'll see if I ever actually finish this story. It's been sitting neglected for ages...
