Itch in the Head, Vision in the Corner of the Eye
Have you ever realized, with a great start, that you were vibrating, resonating with molecules and electrons all around you, in a way that you found quite uncomfortable? That it was making you aware of something that you needed to do, or some way you needed to move your arms and legs, or that it was making your eyesight just a little bit off?

Just me, then?

I think you just described how I've been feeling for the past couple of days.

Of course, the past couple of days I've been very ill with a bug that made me feel dizzy every time I moved.

The physical ailment could very well have something to do with how you're feeling currently. On the other hand? What you've felt during the past somewhat longer while .... I send you my sympathies if the twitchies have been with you that long. Hugs.

I've felt that - the realization of the movement of all those little subatomic particles - and maybe it's me, but it's exhilarating. All those little tiny particles with little tiny possibilities --- they've been there since the beginning of time in one form or another, just not always you. Those particles will be there to the end of time too.

I won't get started on the spinning of the Earth and the rotations of the stars... Maybe this is why I loved DW from the first moment I saw it.

My dear, you have shamed me. - no, scratch that, you have suggested to me a much better angle from which to view this phenomenon when it happens to me! Thank you! It has always been such an ever-so-slight negative experience for me (a little bit like dreams in which I can't see the action, because somehow my dream self is viewing everything from behind half-lowered eyelids; something I used to deal with all the time as a young dreamer.) And here you are, rejoicing in that motion, making something good of it! Thank you! I'll definitely let you know how it goes with me the next time Brownian Motion Syndrome hits.

Try it first by observing some clouds a little. Just sit/lay there and watch them, see how it feels. Just imagine, all those other people out there, there are bound to be others doing/feeling the same thing. It's rather inspiring.

How do you stand it? How do you manage to control it, and actually stop being negatively affected by it? Any clues would be appreciated! (For me, it's never a good thing, as opposed to the redoubtable az, above. )

Oh, and the icon's there for the "twitch" and not for the grammar thing. Your grammar is always stellar! (Mine, occasionally, drinks too much cream of prolix and falls down.)

Heck, I just try to focus it and run with it, in some constructive direction or the other. Writing works well for me, I've found . . . either that or I just sit there and buzz.

Actually, I know my grammar is often pants -- though I do *try* to keep it in line -- but thanks for the kind words. ;) :D
