Specifically, the AO3 meme, just because. It amused me to see how few comments I've gotten over the years since I started posting. One note: I didn't include the nine meta commentaries I wrote because they're not stories. Well, we're all stories in the end, but ....

Yay, memeage! Be a meme sheep; it's always fun. ;-D

Although, forgive me for asking, but are you looking on your stats page for the totals? Because I can tell you for certain that your account has at least 1 subscriber, as I'm subscribed to you! I would think it highly unlikely that I am an the only one and that you don't have mysterious people who subscribe to your one shots for no reason that anybody knows, like the rest of us.

(One of my other flisters missed it too and if you have as well, my commiserations, because this meme involves a lot more maths if you don't look at the statistics page - on the left hand, just below the inbox and above History.)

OH hell. Yes, I missed the stats page completely, and spent much of last night totting up figures. Go, me. Actually, though, the figures on the stats page include all my metas, and I decided not to include them, so I wouldn't have used those numbers anyhow, so maybe all my work wasn't for nothing. Heh. I had no idea that people were subscribed to me or any of my stories. I guess I should add that information.

I thought you must have done when I saw the 0 count. I mean, as I said, I know I'm subscribed to you so I can find you quickly & see when you post anything new.

Just alter stories to works - my totals include a handful of vids and one podfic, so it's the same for a lot of people. You're no less incorrect, at any rate, let's put it that way!

I did some adjustment - still couldn't bring myself to add my metas into the pot, but at least the subscriptions are now correct. Thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised. Mind you, things can get very misleading when talking about averages, instead of mean or median numbers.

I've never liked mean numbers. I don't know if it is all their fault but at some point those numbers need to take some responsibility for their actions. (end rant).
